    “In Summe eher ein Domizil für zwei Personen, die keine besonderen Ansprüche an Wohnkomfort stellen. Ich würde das Haus nicht mehr - schon gar nicht für 4 Personen - mieten, solange hier nichts erneuert wurde. Und das wäre schon mit relativ geringen Investitionen möglich. Positiv: Ruhige und doch zentrale Lage, Parkplatz am Haus, Fenster mit Mückenschutz ausgestattet, Küche recht neu, Sat-TV Astra, unkomplizierter Umgang mit der Hausagentur Negativ: Das Badezimmer ist schon eine ziemliche Zumutung: alte unschöne Badewanne, kein Duschvorhang o.ä., Bad-Armaturen alt, schlechte unansehnliche Fugen. Generell alte Möbelausstattung im gesamten Haus. Die beiden kleinen (80x200) Einzelbetten (einfache Metall-Gestelle) im 2. SZ taugen nur als Notbetten. Die Haustüre ist nicht dicht (es fehlen wie bei den anderen sehr alten Türen im Haus die Gummi-Dichtungen), so dass Tausendfüßler & Co. zu Besuch kommen. WLAN nicht vorhanden (war aber auch nicht zugesagt). Es fehlen Sitzpolster für die Terrassenstühle.”
