This spacious and very comfortable luxury 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is situated within the city walls of Lagos in a small gated community of just 11 apartments.

It is conveniently located for restaurants, bars, beaches, the award-winning Marina de Lagos, fish market, supermarkets, train station, bus station, and taxi rank.
Although the apartment is very close to the centre of town, it is in a quiet and peaceful location.

With such a central location a car is not necessary when staying here, but in case you do have a car there is an allocated parking space available on-site for you to use (free of charge).
Tip: if you are intending to hire a car during your stay, we recommend hiring a small car as the nearby streets are quite narrow.

The apartment is on the raised ground-floor with (6) steps leading up to the apartment from the garden/pool level. The balcony has a high table and two chairs where you can sit and enjoy the view over the pool.
At the pool level there is another table with 4 chairs - a perfect place to sit and enjoy your breakfast!

The apartment is fully licensed according to Portuguese holiday rental laws and has all the required safety equipment (regularly tested and up to date) in order to ensure the safety of guests during their holiday.

We have multiple properties available at this location. If you are holidaying with friends or family who also need accommodation, please ask us for availability of these properties.

[Please note that this apartment is located in a quiet condominium with a mixture of residents and holidaymakers.
All guests are required to respect the condominium rules which state that - among other things - inflatables and water guns cannot be used in or near the pool, jumping into the pool is forbidden, and noise levels must be respected.
These rules are in place for the benefit of - and should be respected by - everybody staying within the condominium.
Quiet hours are from 23:00-08:00, which means that this property is more suited to guests who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday and is NOT suitable for guests who like to party late, festivalgoers, etc.
