The apartment is located in a small village Peresiji near Svetvincenat.Svetvinčenat, Savičenta, San Vincenti, three names for the same place, derived from the name of its patron saint, the Hispanic martyr Saint Vincent, and the abbey of the same name around which the city developed. The Renaissance city of Svetvinčenat, one of Istria's pearls, has developed into a tourist hotspot, mainly due to the numerous events held in the attractive historical corners of our city.The apartment has an area of 65m2 and a large garden with a pool of 15000 litres. In the apartment there are two bedrooms with a double bed. In a bathroom there is a shower.
