Our house is located 3 km from Neustift town center, the Elfer Lifte ski area, toboggan runs, an indoor and outdoor pool and the Neustift leisure center. Cross-country ski trails surround the property, and the nearest bus stop and restaurant can be found within 500 meters. The Stubai Glacier is only 15 minutes away by car.

Our cozy apartment has a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with double bed and single bed. One bathroom is equipped with bathtub and toilet, the second with shower and toilet. There is a seating area with a flat-screen satellite TV in the living room, a balcony overlooking the garden and the Stubai Glacier, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Other on-site amenities include a ski storage room in the entrance area and a bread delivery service available on request daily (except Sundays and public holidays). The nearest grocery store, Milders, and a supermarket are about 1 km away.

The Fulpmes and Mieders cable cars, the Fulpmes Stubaitalbahn train station and the Schlick 2000 and Serles Lifte ski areas are within a 15-minute drive. Innsbruck is 25 km away.

With the Stubai Super Card, which is included in our prices from the end of May to mid-October, we also allow you to use public transport within the valley and to Innsbruck free of charge in summer. The card, which you receive immediately upon arrival, also offers free admission to all mountain railways in the Stubai Valley, including a summer toboggan run and numerous other attractions.
