Das Haus liegt in der "Neuen Heimat". So nennen die Einheimischen dieses sehr ruhige Wohngebiet von Titisee. Dennoch sind es nur wenige Gehminuten zum Bahnhof, zum See und zum lebendigen Ortszentrum. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen Kinderspielplatz und es beginnen Wanderwege z.B. zum Hochfirst, dem Hausberg von Titisee-Neustadt. Aber auch zum neuen, im Dezember fertig werdenden Spaßbad sind es nur ca. 10 Gehminuten.
