Renovated farmhouse near a lake

The house is in a very quiet and beautiful area, surrounded by plenty of forest, and near a lake, with access to a private jetty and boat.

The house dates back to the early 20th century and was completely renovated in 2007 to modern standards. It provides around 130m² of living space on two floors and is suitable for up to six people. The first floor has a modern and fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and wood-burning stove. There is a cosy living room with a TV and fireplace, and next to it a dining room with a big dining table and chairs. There is a tiled bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. The upper floor has a hallway and three bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other two each have two single beds.

The house has a balcony and a garden and it is on an enclosed site.

The lake with a jetty and a boat is about a kilometre away. You can fish in four different lakes that are all interconnected and therefore accessible by boat. You can catch pike, bass and char (fishing permit required). There are beautiful forest hiking trails right around the corner. There are three golf courses within 25 kilometres. You can find shops, banks, a pharmacy, a bakery and restaurants 10km away and the nearest larger town is Jönköping (25km away, about a 20-minute drive).

    “Wir waren im August 2017 hier in Flahult und es war einfach nur super. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. In einem sehr guten Zustand, top gepflegt und hat einfach mega viel Platz. Alles ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Der Vermieter ist ebenso freundlich wie man es gewohnt ist von den Schweden. Die ganze Familie ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wenn Probleme auftreten, ist sofort jemand da, aber es treten so keine Probleme auf, da alles da ist und funktioniert. Das Boot, das am See zur Verfügung steht ist auch top in Schuss und funktioniert tadellos.
    Hier kann man Wiederholungstäter werden und wieder kommen.”
