This 50 m², bright holiday flat is located on the third floor of a five storey apartment building with elevator in the popular Victoria neighbourhood. The building was built in 2014 and is equipped with high end furnishings. It is only a few minutes' walk to the old town of Malaga, making this an ideal property for a city trip.
Parking is available about 500 meters from the property. There is also a metered, public parking area (400 meters).

Everything is accessible within a ten minute walk, making public transport obsolete. Nonetheless, you have access to five bus lines, servicing the station, the Almeda Principal, the harbour and the beach walk.
