    “Lembruch und auch der Dümmer See eignen sich gut mit Kindern. Der Dümmer See hat eine maximale Tiefe von 1,50, ist somit sehr flach und perfekt für kleine Kinder. Wer ein großer Schwimmer ist, wird hier wohl nicht so auf seine Kosten kommen. Aufgrund der fehlenden Tiefe ist das Wasser nicht besonders klar. Zum Ferienpark gehört ein Strand, es gibt aber noch zwei weitere Badestellen ca. 8 und 12 min laufen entfernt. Die Strände haben so gut wie keinen natürlichen Sonnenschutz - sollte man auf dem Schirm haben. Am nächsten Badestrand gibt es eine Surfschule, bei der wir uns SUP ausgeliehen habe - super nette Betreiber. Im Ferienpark gibt es auch einen Backshop, der ein gutes Angebot hat, die Bäcker in Lembruch sind genauso gut und günstiger. Man kann um den Dümmer See spazieren - der Weg ist manchmal sehr eng und es gibt viele Fahrradfahrer, trotz Fahrverbot am Wochenende. Ansonsten findet man viele Eisläden - Softeis ist hier der Renner und einige nette Lokale zum am Wasser sitzen und was trinken. Insgesamt ist es eher beschaulich und eher ruhig.”
