This beautiful vacation apartment in Auerbach was renovated in 2017 and now offers you an ideal starting point for your relaxing vacation.
The apartment is located on the second floor of the house (roof slopes in every room). The bedrooms can be found half a floor higher via a few steps. This staircase is equipped with a staircase safety device for children. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the spacious living and dining area is also the well-equipped, modern kitchenette. The ceiling height here is very low. From the dining area you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surroundings.
On the first floor of the house is a party room with separate kitchen, shower and toilet. This can be rented on request. Furthermore, there is a farm store in the house. Here you can buy regional products. Camping is also possible on the property. So the apartment is also ideal for family celebrations.
The building is located in a secluded location with views of mountain and valley , forest and meadows. The cross-country ski trail and hiking trail border directly on the property boundary. The cottage is located on the forest, not far from the "Forest Park Grünheide". There you will find a tennis court, children's playground, soccer fields, climbing park a bowling alley, gymnasium, ski rental as well as a toboggan slope, ice skating rink and cross-country ski trails. Lift and summer toboggan run are also not far away.
In the surrounding area, the following destinations are available for day trips and leisure activities: Plohn amusement park, numerous mines and museums, Bad Schlema golf course, space exhibition, Rodewisch observatory, natural swimming lake, leisure pool, Stützengrün Christmas land, ice skating rink.
