    “C'était un peu un retour aux années 1970, surtout pour ce qui concerne la cuisine. D'ailleurs, un nettoyage profond de la cuisine et des salles de bain serait la bienvenue. Toujours au niveau de la cuisine, quasiment toutes les portes des meubles vont bientôt tomber par terre. Pendant qu'on avait bien prévenu au préalable qu'on ne pouvait pas arriver avant 18 heures, mais plutôt aux alentours de 20 heures on nous a fait attendre jusqu'au 21:30 heures avant de venir ouvrir la porte, malgré plusieurs coups de fil et quelques SMS. Puis, les draps commandés également au préalable n'étaient pas préparés du tout. À notre arrivée, on nous a rapidement montré une armoire, dans laquelle nous devions nous servir nous-mêmes.
