Apartment in Jade with Private Parking

The apartment is by the southern Jadebusen. The former farmhouse is right behind the embankment and is only separated from it by the road. The North Sea is practically on the doorstep, you only have to cross the embankment about 300 metres away.
Cosy holiday apartment with a big shared garden, right behind the embankment, an ideal starting point for extensive cycle tours, exploring the tidal flats area and for relaxing on the northern German coast

The 2100m² shared garden is fenced, but the driveway to the site does not have a gate and is open. There is a table with chairs for relaxing. There is a swing for children. Car and motorbike parking spaces are available by the house. A washing machine (payable) is available for all guests to use.

The cosy holiday apartment is on the ground floor and provides 38m² of space for up to four people. It was completely renovated in May 2017. The floors throughout the apartment are laid with laminate and all walls have new wallpaper. The front door and all internal doors have been renewed. The fully-equipped built-in kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. The tableware, a coffee machine and various utensils were new in October 2016. An electric stove with an oven, a fridge, a toaster and a kettle are also provided. The living room has a sofa bed with a new flatscreen TV and a modern satellite receiver. A new dining space (2016) invites you to enjoy meals together after cooking. The bedroom has a comfortable French bed (140cm wide). The bathroom has been fitted with a new washbasin, WC, shower cubicle and flooring.

The nearest beach for swimming, also with a dog, is about 3km away (Sehestedt). It is about 40km to Wilhelmshaven and Bremerhaven. Dangast is a well-known holiday destination about 15km away. The nearest restaurant/café is about 300 metres away and it is about 4km to the nearest shopping facilities, a bank and doctors.

    “Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und Modern eingerichtet. alles Nötige zum Leben vorhanden. Sehr ruhige Lage trotz Straße direkt am Haus war es ziemlich ruhig. Negativ: Es war schade, dass man mit dem Hund nicht direkt am Dam sparzieren gehen konnte, da überall Hunde verbots Schilter standen. Man, musste immer erst mit dem Auto irgendwo fahren.”

    “Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen, war alles ok Negativ: Leider hatte es keinen Fön, das war schon etwas ärgerlich und dies müsste man bei der Ausstattung erwähnen finde ich, deshalb hier nur 3 Sterne”

    “Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis für diese Ferienwohnung stimmt hier überhaupt nicht. Und für einen Hund ist die gesamte Umgebung völlig ungeeignet. Für uns war es das erste und letzte Mal dort. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung niemals jemandem empfehlen.....Sorry haben uns echt so auf unseren Urlaub gefreut und dann das......man muss mega weite Wege zurück legen um einzukaufen und einen Ort zu finden der auch für Hunde geeignet ist....... Positiv: Die räumliche Aufteilung der Ferienwohnung. Negativ: Das sich ca 2m vor unserem Schlafzimmer eine Schnellstraße befand,das ein Weiterschlafen ab 6 Uhr morgens unmöglich machte! Sowie störte mich der fehlende Backofen und das Gefrierfach in der Küche.Auf den ersten Blick war die Ferienwohnung i.O.aber wenn man genauer hinsah nahm man viele Mängel war. Verdreckte Vorhänge im WZ schmutziger Teppich, die Tapete in der Küche war auch beschmutzt....und von dem Zustand des Badezimmers wollen wir erst garnicht reden....sowie die fehlende Info das man das Watt direkt vor der Tür überhaupt nicht betreten darf.....”
