The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 1990, was renovated in 2014 and is furnished in a typical country style. For shared use, the following are available: barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

Pomer. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a parking lot in the village.
