Holiday house with a garden – ideal for a holiday with your dog
Nestled into the big garden with a pond, jetty, lawn and dry walls, with sunny and shady spots – ideal for relaxing. The cosy and light house looks out all-round onto the garden. You are also allowed to bring your dog. Owing to the quiet location on the outskirts, you can find ideal walking paths for you and your four-legged companion.
The house of around 50m² consists of one room: a living room area with a fireplace, flat-screen TV and double sofa bed, a sleeping area on the gallery, accessed up rather steep space-saving stairs, with a bed 140cm wide. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The adjoining dining space can seat four people. The bathroom is accessed along a little hallway and has a spacious shower (1 x 1m).
The 49-year-old architect’s garden has mature trees and design accents provided by dry walls, a pond and a variety of paving. The terrace has garden furniture and two garden loungers. The big garden pond invites you to observe nature. You can choose between shady and sunny spots. Our family has a herb garden by the house, where you can pick fresh herbs for cooking. We also run a little honey production, available for purchase, or apple juice from the Westerwald orchards that we make ourselves.
As part of the Rhein-Westerwald nature reserve, largely untouched natural landscapes await visitors, with valuable forests, idyllic streams and secluded ponds. An extensive network of paths is ideal for hikers and cyclists. The Sayntal has a special charm with its steep slopes and four different streams. There is a variety of gastronomy. The centre with restaurants and supermarkets is about 2km away. The modern indoor pool Aquafit with a sauna and giant slide provides 1650m² of fun and swimming for the whole family.
