The house is located directly in the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz, complete with ample space on two floors. It is just a very short walk from the stunningly beautiful beach of the Baltic Sea, and also the yacht and sailing port of Olpenitz with its hustle and bustle is just outside of the park.

The house is modern and comfortably furnished. In the sauna you can sit in cozy on cold days and then relax by the fireplace in the living room. A Blu-Ray Player is available here, so that a film evening, nothing stands in the way.
Weather permitting, the terrace offers a beautiful place in the sun. Here you will also enjoy the magnificent view of the water.

For your convenience on vacation is a washing machine available.

Even in the cool season is the holiday park in Olpenitz Expedia: relax after a long beach walk in your private infrared sauna, or curl up in front of a crackling log fire inside! Since the houses are right on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the patio furniture is available only during the summer months; in the winter months you will be safely stored because of the often strong wind.

The view on the water is natural unspoilt, beautiful and priceless - but we hope you understand that some other viewing angles are affected because the development of the site is not yet complete.
