The apartment is tastefully decorated throughout its 66 m² and offers an advantageous cut, as both bedrooms are located on one side and are therefore quiet and separated from the living area. The master bedroom is a suite and has its own bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a loft bed and is ideal for children. The spacious kitchen has direct access to the covered terrace, where you can sit comfortably outside. From here you look out over the well-maintained complex with communal pool, which you can enter directly via the terrace. There is a parking space at your disposal.
The location of the apartment is central and stores of all kinds are within walking distance. The beach of El Albir is located at the end of the street in, only 160 meters away, where you will find a variety of restaurants on the beach promenade.
The Mediterranean climate of this region, with about 300 days of sunshine a year, guarantees an unforgettable family vacation. In addition, the apartment is not far from the amusement parks of Benidorm and its beautiful beaches. The range of leisure activities is unimaginable and provides variety all year round.
