Bischofswiesen, nice appartement with about 300 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Kitchen and Livingroom. Very sunny big (50 square feet) balcony. Quiet but close to shops, restaurants and railroad. Just 5 Minutes away from the "Goetschen" Ski and snowboard area, less than 10 miles to Koenigssee. Just 20 minutes drive to Eagles Nest and the Documentation Center. You reach Salzburg (international airport) within only 20 minutes by car. You get all of it: nature, relaxation, wellness, sports, the mountains and the city.
The appartement is an ideal starting point for activities like hiking, climbing, cycling and sightseeing. Those who prefer to relax find a perfect spa in Bad Reichenhall, called the "Rupertus Therme". Families with children will enjoy the slide and the indoor pools at the Watzmann Therme in Berchtesgaden.

    “Positiv: Angenehme Lage. Balkon mit Blick ins grüne und auf die Berge. Ausflüge: Salzbergwerk Berchtesgaden - Man erfährt wie früher und heute das Salz abgebaut wurde. Ein Ausflug der sich definitiv lohnt”

    “Wir würden die Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen. Positiv: Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche, gute Matratzen, großer Balkon mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Negativ: Die Deckenhöhe der Dachschräge ist eine Zumutung. Auf der Toilette muss man den Kopf beim Aufstehen einziehen, da man sonst am Dachbalken landet.
    Durch die flache Dachschräge sind die Räume nur zur Hälfte aufrecht nutzbar.
    Ein paar Sofakissen hätten die ungemütliche Couch (blau) aufgewertet, das zweite Sofa (terra) ist wohl der Größe nach eher für Kinder gedacht. Schade, wenn man nach einer langen Wanderung endlich die Beine hochlegen möchte.
    Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort Restaurant: 1. Brenner Bräu , 2. Pizzeria Bruschetta - 1. sehr gute Bayrische Spezialitätenküche
    2. ausgezeichnete Italienische Küche, besonders der Fischteller Ausflüge: Berchtesgaden - Sehr schöne Altstadt, nette Cafes und Straßenlokale.”

    “Positiv: Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet. Das einzige was ein bisschen gestört hat , waren die Schrägen in der gesamten Wohnung.”

    “Positiv: sehr schöne Gegend. Negativ: Die Wohnung befindet sich im wahrscheinlich nachträglich ausgebautem Dachgeschoß. Deshalb war die Deckenhöhe teilweise so niedrig, daß ich mir mit meiner 170 cm Höhe den Kopf mehrfach an Deckenbalken gestoßen habe. Einige Räume konnten aufgrund der geringen Höhe maximal zur Hälfte genutzt werden. Betreuung vor Ort war nicht vorhanden.”
