Pleasant House in Felanitx with Private Parking and Fantastic View

You only have to step into the entrance hall and you will be charmed immediately by the grandeur of the house. From the spacious entrance hall you will get to the living room with a separate exit to the yard and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, glass ceramic stove top, coffee maker and other appliances.
You will also find a bathroom as well as 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. To your right you have a small dressing room adjoining a spacious bedroom with floor to ceiling panorama windows. On the other side of the hall you can find the “family” bedroom. Here you have a small bedroom with a single bed adjoining a second bedroom with a double bed.

When you get to the upper floor you will once again be impressed with the spaciousness of the house. Here you will find 4 more bedrooms as well as open living areas. The first bedroom to your right offers 2 single beds and a fantastic view over the fields. The second bedroom is also equipped with 2 single beds. Following down the hallway you will reach another spacious room with a double bed and a sofa bed for one person. The last bedroom again is equipped with 2 single beds and offers the opportunity to have a copious breakfast on the adjoining roof terrace. Here you will also find a separate access to the courtyard. A second bathroom may be found as well on the upper floor.

Outside you have space without end. You will find a barbecue grill, outdoor furniture, parasols and a fenced off pool inviting you to take a refreshing dip into the water.

    “Wir hatten trotzdem einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Mallorca…..
    Die Finca ist sehr urig und rustikal.
    Offiziell ist sie für 11 Personen ausgelegt. Da sie sehr weiträumig ist, hat wirklich jeder die Chance sich auch einmal zurück zu ziehen.
    Die Küchenausstattung ist allerdings eine Katastrophe. Das bin ich sooo nicht gewohnt. In der Aufrüstung, sodass mindestens jede Person eine Tasse hat, war man sehr kleinlich.
    Bei den Töpfen löste sich der Biden beim Kochen, es fehlte ein Kartoffelschäler, eine grobe Reibe usw.
    Die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs entsprach auch nicht unserer Vorstellung….
    Das Kochen allgemein, sogar das Frühstück herzustellen, , war Stromtechnisch eine Herausforderung . Liefdie Kaffeemaschine und der Herd, flog ständig die Sicherung heraus.
    Die Kaffeemaschineproduzierte nur lauwarmen Kaffee. Es gab weder eine Thermoskanne , noch ein Stöffchen , um ihn warmzuhalten……
    Unsere Ansprechpartnerin kam immer sehr hektisch und gestresst rüber, …. Das braucht man im Urlaub nicht, das haben wir in Deutschland zur genüge. !!!!!!
    Deshalb haben wir uns dann mit der Situation irgendwie arrangiert…..????”

    “Die Finca ist sehr empfehlenswert, wir haben uns dort äusserst wohl gefühlt. Für eine Familie oder Freundesgruppe ein idealer Ort um zu entspannen und die Kontakte zu pflegen Positiv: Wir waren als Familie (7 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) 5 Tage auf der Finca. Alle waren ganz begeistert von dem, was sie dort vorgefunden haben. Die Finca bietet viel Platz, wirkt sehr gemütlich und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was zu einer schönen Bleibe gehört. Sie ist innen geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, die Betten bequem.Ein Highlight ist der sehr saubere Pool, der von allen intensiv genutzt wurde. Die Abende an dem großen Tisch im Innenhof mit der beleuchteten Palme im Hintergrund werden uns unvergesslich bleiben.
    Die Finca hat eine sehr ruhige Lage, zu den nächsten Ortschaften wie Cas Concos. Campos und Santanyi ist es aber nicht weit. Auch einige schöne Strände sind gut zu erreichen.
    Ein besonderes Lob gilt Frau Kerstan, der Managerin und Betreuerin die schon im Vorfeld unserer Reise ständig ansprechbar war und uns immer wieder wertvolle Ratschläge gegeben hat. Ihre persönliche Einweisung am ersten Tag war kompetent und umfassend. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür. Negativ: Eigentlich hat alles zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit gestimmt.”
