Sunny apartment with beautiful view to sea and mount "Montgo"

Enjoy your holiday in our sunny apartment overlooking the sea and the mount Montgo. From the roof terrace you can experience wonderful sunsets.
The apartment is located near the beautiful sandy beach "playa marinetta casiana" (1.2km) and close to various shops (such as Lidl, Mercadona, Carrefour). Nice bars and restaurants are easily accessible on foot or by car. Denia also offers a cute shopping arcade with small local shops. During summer season these shops are open late in the evenings and also Sundays.
Directly on the nearby beach "playa marinetta casiana" you can experience or learn different water sports. If you want more action you can also go kite surfing, water skiing or jet skiing at the port of Denia. At the same port the ferry to Ibiza leaves daily.
Our apartment is ideal for couples or families. The unit was renovated in 2017 and offers the comfort like your own home. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-level house. Both apartments can be reached through separate house entrances. Various parking spaces are available on the property and in front of the driveway.
A well-kept garden with palm trees and various native plants surrounds the property and invites you to linger. In the back of the garden is a separate area with various trees of local fruits such as tangerines, figs, pomelos or lemons, which can be picked and eaten.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has its entrance via a large sunny terrace. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and a room with a bunk bed. Each of these rooms is equipped with air conditioning, which can be used depending on the season, cooling or warming. In addition to the bedrooms there are 2 bathrooms, a dining area and a living room (also with air conditioning). The existing kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, ample linen, including beach towels, are provided. All windows have mosquito nets.
From the sunny terrace you have direct access to a saltwater pool and a whirlpool (with chlorine). The property and the two pools are exclusively reserved for our guests to use. In the basement is a laundry room with washer, dryer and storage facilities for additional use. For the younger guests there is a sandpit and a variety of pool toys.

    “Negativ: No me gustó que no se nos avisó hasta llegar in situ, que el dueño de la casa o el vecino o quién fuera.. viviera arriba. Es verdad que no se quejan de nada y es como si no hubiera nadie. Pero los primeros días tienes la sensación de molestar, y no está bien el no avisar.
    Por lo demás todo bien. Y que haya que pagar la luz aparte tampoco queda bien. Pero bueno... La casa genial. Restaurant: Mena - Es un restaurante a pie de mar, en medio de una zona de calas que es maravillosa, así, aparcas para darte un buen baño y ya te quedas a comer! Unas paellas buenísimas! Y un trato estupendo.”
