This beautiful wooden house is located only about 500 meters from the sandy beach and is ideal for a fantastic vacation with family or friends. The heart of the house is the open plan living room with dining area and open kitchen. On cool days, the fireplace provides pleasant warmth and spreads a cozy atmosphere. Thanks to the large windows, a lot of daylight falls in and from the dining table you have a beautiful view of the garden.

From here you can access the open wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy meals together on warm days.

After a short walk you reach the sea and the beautiful, popular Kobæk sandy beach, where you can spend relaxing hours, fishing and swimming. You'll stay 1.5 km from old Skælskør, where you'll discover charming half-timbered houses and farms, among other things. A walk through the small town is an experience.

In the surrounding area you can visit the manor houses Borreby, Holsteinborg or also Espe, where the writer H. C. Andersen stayed for a time. The towns of Korsør, Slagelse and Næstved with their interesting old town centers are within a radius of 30 km. South of Skælskør lies Stigsnæs with a ferry connection to the islands of Agersø and Omø, which invite you to a nice day trip with idyllic nature and relaxed atmosphere.
