Welcome to La Sella, a unique development with views of the Mediterranean, the Montgo mountain and in the immediate vicinity of one of the most beautiful Mediterranean gardens "L'Albarda". You can expect a modern and stylishly furnished holiday home with a solar system and storage (saves up to 90 per cent of electricity costs), air conditioning, pleasant heating and a communal pool overlooking orange groves. Plus sports facilities such as tennis and horse riding just a few steps away or one of the best golf courses in Spain. And of course the sea with its wonderful beaches.

The tasteful, air-conditioned and, if required, heatable holiday home in bungalow style, almost all comfortable and suitable for all generations on one level, has just been completely renovated with great attention to detail and furnished in a modern country house style. This includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living rooms and lounges, sun-drenched dining areas, restfully quiet bedrooms, cosy retreats inside and out and a panoramic roof terrace with sea and mountain views. Private parking spaces on the fenced plot. The communal pool is sheltered from view and overlooks orange trees and the famous "L'Albarda" garden. The pool is just around the corner, but far enough away to always be undisturbed in your holiday home.

You will find peace, relaxation and as much privacy as you need in the well-maintained garden, which cannot be seen from outside due to the hedge and is for your exclusive use. In addition to the attractive barbecue area, you will find sun loungers, a covered lounge area, sunny and shady spots, a roof terrace with breathtaking panoramic views of the nearby Mediterranean Sea and the attractive surroundings. After a day at the beach or to cool off in between, you will appreciate the outdoor shower.

The house is rented out all year round as it is equipped with modern gas heating and air conditioning. Pets are not allowed.

The street of our house is one of the best addresses in this well-kept exclusive residential area, which is guarded by a private security company. La Sella is a place of longing not only for holidaymakers but also for locals. Conclusion: Very quiet, well-kept and secure neighbourhood. There is a grocery shop, restaurant, pharmacy, tennis and riding centre just two or three minutes' walk away.

Not to forget the many attractive hiking and cycling tours through the enchanting mountains of the Alta Marina. And of course excursions to the interesting harbour and seaside towns of Denia, Oliva, Javea and Moraira. Calpe and Benidorm are also just a stone's throw away by car.

    “Its was a very spacious villa but the bathrooms need some attention as they have tiny flies appearing in them all the time and one had a really bad smell coming back up the toilet. The taps in the villa also need some urgent attention as the kitchen tap was terrible. Also they should make it clearer in the description that the on suite bedroom is entered from the kitchen through a very short door and down some steps as I hit my head and cut it. The bedding was very poor as was the towels (the towels were not big enough and horrible bed pillows that need replacing). No welcome pack and a limited amount of supplies left for you to use. The shower water pressure was very poor and we ended up only using one bathroom in the end as the on suite shower was utterly useless.
    The location is a lovely place and the local restaurant served very good food but a bit on the pricey side. The local shops was run by an old English couple and sold a few items of English products. Would I recommend this villa yes if they addressed the issues I have raised above.”

    Thank you for your honest words, which are an incentive for us to keep improving. We regret the inconvenience and are already in the process of rectifying the faults.

    Unfortunately, the erratic weather conditions in Spain this autumn have also had an impact on the sewage system there. It was not possible to avoid all the odours. Of course, we are also looking for solutions to make your holiday as carefree as possible.

    “Die Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Fotos gezeigt, es ist nichts beschönigt. Die Ausstattung ist gut, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Leider war das Haus nach einem größeren Regen (wir waren im November dort) eine Weile relativ feucht und kalt - natürlich ist das Haus Richtung Norden ausgerichtet, um den heißen Sommertemperaturen entgegen zu wirken. Wir haben mit der Klimaanlage in Heizfunktion Abhilfe geschaffen.”
