We rent a lovingly furnished holiday apartment in the historic Sayn district.
The apartment is located on the edge of the forest. The beautiful Brexbachtal, as well as Sayn Abbey and the climbing forest, are within walking distance. Sayn Castle, the castle and the iron art museum can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

The Bendorf-Sayn holiday region offers you numerous attractive leisure activities!

The beautiful city of Koblenz with many sights can also be reached quickly. This means you can start numerous activities from your apartment and relax in peace and quiet when you return.

We have been renting a friendly, beautiful and quiet 70 square meter apartment since July 2010. The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen-bathroom and is modern and lovingly furnished. In the large living room you will find a cozy couch, an open fireplace, an LCD TV and a glass desk, as well as a wardrobe bed with the dimensions 1.60 x 2.00m. Our bedroom, the most beautiful room in the apartment, is furnished with a double bed, a comfortable extra bed and a spacious closet. The kitchen is fully equipped, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher, SodaStream, oven, toaster, kettle and an egg stove are at your disposal. There is also a cozy dining area in the kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower and WC. There is also a hairdryer, washing machine and clothes horse. Further highlights are the 2 terraces, one directly in front of the kitchen - for a cozy breakfast outdoors and a covered terrace in front of the living room. Here you can end your vacation days enjoying the peace and quiet, the forest and the sound of the stream.

The apartment is equipped with WiFi and the Netflix streaming service.

In order for the booking to be binding for both parties, a deposit of 20% of the invoice amount must be paid no later than 10 days after booking, the balance is due 10 days before arrival.

The rental price includes the costs for final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, gas, water, heating, air conditioning and laundry package.
