You find the comfortable new Apartment with a wonderful view over the "Sayntal" in Caan, just 20 km to Koblenz, Neuwied and Montabaur and only 10 Min. away from the motorways A 48 and A 3. Explore the beautyful landscape over hiking- and bikingtrails near by the house, or visit the places of interest in Bendorf-Sayn, Koblenz, on the rhine valley or in the "Westerwald".

Charging facilities for e-bikes and a charging station for electric cars are available and can be used for a fee.

Large Terrace with comfortable garden furniture and electric sun awning, and a nice garden with deckchairs and electric grill, storeroom for bicycles. A mosquito blind on the exterior side of the window and balcony doors ensures protection from annoying bugs.

    “Positiv: Der Ausblick vom Sofa in die Weite ist toll. Man kann wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang betrachten. Im Sommer muss es auch auf der Terrasse sehr schön sein. Bei uns war es zu frisch um draußen zu sitzen, aber der Platz ist traumhaft.”
