The house
The barrier-free, ground-floor, free-standing, 87 sqm holiday home in Scandinavian style with a 40 sqm terrace is surrounded by a garden. The four meter long window front to the terrace offers you a beautiful view over the residential area and over fields and woods. All rooms have separately adjustable underfloor heating. The house was completed in 2019. Light-flooded rooms full of enjoyment and lightness allow you to distance yourself from the hustle and bustle and stress of everyday life. Wheelchair, Rollator.... are also welcome. The door frames in the house are extra wide (1 meter) and very high (2.10 meters). The beds are 2 metres long, have no foot end and are therefore comfortable even for tall people. The 40 m² terrace is also barrier-free.  A fast WLAN is naturally available in the house and also on the terrace. Via Internet TV with excellent picture resolution you have access to all common television and radio programmes. A fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer are of course available free of charge. A charging station for e-cars and e-bikes will also be available at the end of 2021. The bathroom offers a barrier-free shower. The washbasin is also barrier-free, as there is no floor cupboard. The wall mirror can also be seen from a sitting position.

The house itself is situated in a quiet residential area in the heart of the Westerwald and offers a beautiful view. In the neighbourhood there is a building services company, so that if there is a problem with the heating there is immediate help. Gas station is in the village. The city of Dierdorf with all shopping facilities, restaurants, swimming pool with sauna etc. can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The house is conveniently located 5 km from the A 3 motorway, which you will not hear. In 15 minutes you reach the ICE train station in Montabaur, which connects the routes Frankfurt, Bonn, Cologne, Düsseldorf with each other.
