The holiday apartment "Im Seminargarten" is located in Neustadt/Weinstraße, Hambach district, in a quiet location on the 3rd floor and offers you a wonderful view over the Rhine plain to the Black Forest.
If you want to relax or spend your vacation actively and enjoy the Palatinate hospitality, then the central location on the German Wine Route offers you all the options. The directly adjacent Palatinate Forest allows you to go on extensive hiking and mountain bike tours. You can fortify yourself in one of the many huts of the Palatinate Forest Association.
Or you can explore the numerous wine villages, castles and palaces along the German Wine Route. Complete your excursions in one of the many wine shops or wineries with Palatinate specialties and a glass of delicious wine.

The modernly furnished 78m² holiday apartment can accommodate 1-3 people. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with a fully equipped fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, etc.) and a cozy seating area with a sofa and a sofa bed invite you to relax.
A bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a large shower, bathtub, toilet, two sinks and a loggia with a table and chairs/deckchairs complete the holiday apartment. Underfloor heating, cable TV and free internet connection (LAN network/Wi-Fi in all rooms) round off the comfort.
Bed linen, shower and hand towels, hairdryer and tea towels as well as final cleaning for normal use are included in the price. Baby cot and high chair can be provided free of charge if required.
A free car parking space is reserved for you directly at the house.
