Semi-detached house, Pléneuf-Val-André
Beautiful semi-detached house with unobstructed views of the south on a plot with garden, pleasantly quietly located in a dead end. The white sandy beach of the resort can be reached on foot or with the free shuttle bus. The long boulevard offers beautiful views inland of picturesque beach villas from the beginning of the 20th century and towards the sea there are beautiful views of the water and passing sailing or fishing boats. The almost urban seaside resort is located on the bay of St. Brieuc, on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Côtes d'Armor. The picturesque harbor, beautiful sandy beaches and the wide range of leisure activities immediately bring you into a holiday mood. Every Tuesday you can buy fresh fish, breton vegetables and regional specialties on the colorful weekly market. Souvenir shops, restaurants and creperies offer snacks and variety. Free shuttle buses run to the beaches in high season. Val-André includes the national pléneuf, located on a hill about two kilometers from the coast, and the beautiful fishing village of Dahuoet with its marina. A golf course, a tennis court and a riding school, as well as the water sports or thalassotherapy center, the indoor swimming pool and bicycle rental provide sporting activities on vacation. Around Pléneuf-Val-André there are plenty of seaside resorts with a wide range of recreational activities, lively port cities and many small, typical Breton cities to visit, such as Lamballe, Moncontour or the Medieval Dinan. We recommend trips along the coast to the impressive Cap Frehel and the beautiful emerald coast, or to the pirate town of St Malo, the oyster port of Cancale or the charming small resort of Dinard.
