You are located on the first floor of a two-storey half-timbered building in the bright backyard of a large townhouse.
The big advantage is obvious: you live right in the city center, but at the same time you don't hear any traffic noise! When you leave the apartment, you will find yourself in the backyard of a wonderful townhouse! You will see a lovingly designed garden, which also includes seating for our guests. When you pass through the main building, you will find yourself at the gateway to Meissen's old town, the Altstadtbrückenkopf! No other persons have access to the apartment during the rental period.
An optional car parking space is available for €5.00/day.

The apartment is 28 m² in size and has a high-quality, fully equipped kitchenette. This has a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a ceramic hob and a fridge-freezer combination. There is also a seating area with a dining table and three chairs. The bathroom is small but nice. It has a shower cubicle, a washbasin, a WC and a large towel radiator. The combined living room/bedroom has a double bed (open foot end), a sofa and two armchairs. The sofa can be converted into an extra bed for a third person. The seating area, consisting of the two armchairs and the sofa, includes a table. A 32-inch TV provides entertainment in bad weather. There is also a stereo system with DAB+, AUX/USB connection & Bluetooth. In the backyard you will find space to relax and have breakfast. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. WLAN is free of charge.

Conditions:
Cancellation policy:

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will be fully refunded.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will be refunded at 90%.
- Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will be refunded 50%.
Terms of payment:

- 30 days after booking the stay, the full amount must be transferred.
- Short-term bookings are paid in cash on arrival.
