Stay in one of the 3 modern, stylish holiday apartments with balcony in the heart of Saas-Grund. The Antares house is part of "Montela Hotel & Resort" and is quietly and centrally located at the bus stop "Unter dem Berg", about 5 minutes walk from the valley station of the Hohsaas cable cars. From all Montela houses you can experience the most beautiful view of the surrounding Saas mountains from the Antares house. On request, our guests can book breakfast or half-board (breakfast and dinner à la carte) as an optional extra to their stay (for at least 2 consecutive days, bookable at least 2 days before arrival). Every evening, a high-quality and freshly prepared 3-course menu is delivered directly to the holiday apartment. This can be gently heated at any time. And best of all: we do the washing up for you! In addition, the fridge is filled with the ingredients for a balanced, regional breakfast on the day of arrival. Bread is delivered fresh daily to your holiday apartment door. Enjoy carefree holidays in summer and winter on the Saas hiking and biking routes or on the nearby ski slopes and cross-country ski trails in the Saas-Fee/Saas Valley holiday region. Dogs welcome.
2.5 room holiday apartment on the 1st floor. Quietly located apartment (non-smokers) with balcony, approx. 5 minutes walk from the Hohsaas valley station. The modern holiday apartment for a maximum of two people is comfortably and lovingly furnished. The separate bedroom has a double bed with two separable beds (180cm wide in total). The bathroom (with shower/WC) and the open kitchen are fully equipped. On the balcony with garden furniture you have a great view of the Saas mountains. Free top Highspeed-WLAN, a private parking space in front of the house (free of charge), a ski and bike room as well as a laundry room for common use in house A of the superstructure complete the offer. No lift available. Dogs welcome.
The price includes all utilities (electricity, water, heating), parking, internet and reception service. Final cleaning is not included in the rental price. Cost of bed linen: CHF 30 per person. Exclusive and to be paid on spot: Tourist tax summer (01.06. - 31.10.): CHF 7.- for adults/night, CHF 3.50 for children (6 - 15.99 years). Visitor's tax winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults/night, CHF 2.25 for children (6 - 15.99 years). Surcharge for dogs: CHF 10/night. Cot, cot linen and high chair available on request (free of charge).
