Villa Posidonia is the perfect place to spend an unforgettable vacation! It is located in a small village in Istria in an excellent location close to the sea - ideal for discovering the beautiful beaches of Istria. The villa can accommodate up to nine people and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation with your loved ones. There is a private pool and an outdoor shower for you to cool off on hot summer days, as well as sun loungers where you can relax and unwind. A barbecue and outdoor dining area are at your disposal. In the outdoor area there are goals for soccer, badminton and a children's playground. The property is fully fenced and has private parking for up to five cars. The interior of the villa is stylishly and tastefully furnished down to the smallest detail. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living area, a separate toilet, a bedroom with double bed, balcony with sea view and pool view, TV and en-suite bathroom as well as a laundry room and games room with billiards, table soccer and darts. There are three further comfortable bedrooms on the second floor. Two with double bed, one with two single beds, balcony with sea view, TV and en-suite bathroom. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers internet access.Villa Posidonia is located near Pula. Pula is the tourist center of Istria in terms of culture, tradition and beautiful nature. It had its heyday in Roman times. The Romans left many traces, especially the beautiful amphitheater. Explore the streets of the town and enjoy the specialties of Istria offered in the restaurants. Just a short drive away is Cape Kamenjak, a wonderful example of untouched nature. Crystal clear sea and beaches with natural shade will take even the pickiest guests' breath away. Many attractive amenities are only a few minutes' drive away. Some of them are the Brijuni Islands National Park with a unique golf course and a safari park, and many other cultural and tourist attractions. For sports lovers, various activities such as soccer, horseback riding, tennis, sailing, mini golf, flying, bowling, volleyball on the sand, diving through the silence of the underwater world and several other sports and water sports are offered.
