After a long day of authentic cultural experiences and swimming in the crystal clear sea, what a place it is to enjoy the purple sunsets with the silhouette of Labin on the horizon.From its prime location, the delightful Villa Amelie enjoys one of the most beautiful views of the medieval town of Labin. Perched on its hill above the magical Kvarner coast, Labin is the historical and administrative center of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for art and history lovers with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep, winding streets of the old town offer well-preserved historic palaces, numerous art galleries and studios, as well as various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. The town has some excellent fish restaurants, with delicious local produce, as well as cozy cafés where you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The coastal town of Labin is Rabac, a former fishing village, today a popular tourist destination surrounded by a variety of beautiful pebble beaches.
