The spacious holiday apartment is located separately on the upper floor (accessible via a staircase) of an outbuilding on a residential and commercial property in a central location. The centre with tourist information, restaurants, shops and cycle paths is within a radius of 500 m and can therefore be easily reached on foot. The Boddentherme, a leisure pool with wellness facilities, is only approx. 200 metres away. Water ski centre 1.5 km. The holiday apartment is equipped with a large living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, sitting area, dining area, TV, radio), 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds, cot), open kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, counter, dining table, various kitchen appliances), bathroom with shower/WC on the ground floor via stairs, insect gauze, central heating. There is an outdoor seating area, a bicycle cellar and a barbecue at your disposal. The total price includes WLAN, water, energy and final cleaning. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site. Ribnitz is subject to visitor's tax. Pets are allowed: One small dog up to a size of 40 cm is allowed in this accommodation.

The small town of Ribnitz-Damgarten lies at the foot of the Fischland-Darß peninsula directly on the Saaler Bodden. The Baltic seaside resort of Dierhagen is approx. 8 km away. In the town there is a fun pool, jetty, boat and bicycle hire, marina, the famous amber museum and good fishing opportunities. The Hanseatic city of Rostock is approx. 25 km away.
