Accessible via the terrace, the apartment is located under the roof of the owners' house and offers a panoramic view of the valley and the wooded landscape. The living area is open plan and includes a lounge area with a convertible corner sofa and a pellet stove. There is also a dining area next to an open kitchen equipped with various amenities. Climbing a few steps, you come to a half landing with two armchairs, a separate WC and a bedroom with views of the village. The apartment is family friendly and the owners are happy to provide a travel cot, high chair and childcare equipment on request. There is also a shelter for storing motorcycles, bicycles and baby carriages. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and an electric barbecue. Breitenau is ideally located in the Villé valley and is a link between the forests of the Moselle Vosges and the Alsatian Ried. Villé and its stores (supermarkets, producer stores, weekly market and local market) as well as its Christmas market are only a few kilometers away.
