The private pool, secured by a diving alarm and perimeter fence, provides a relaxing retreat from the warm summer sun. In addition, two picnic tables for six people each and eight sun loungers complete the outdoor area, while a designated parking space completes the facilities. The vacation home is located in the countryside in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre. The village of Conne de Labarde is close by but has no local stores.
