This beautiful vacation home in an elevated position is a relaxing place for a family vacation with lots of outdoor activities. The house is characterized by the shades of blue and the abundance of light, which together create a space that hints at the proximity of the lake. The large windows offer a great view no matter where you are in the open-plan living area. After an active day in the cold season, there's nothing better than making hot chocolate with your loved ones and getting cozy on the sofa. The warm summer evenings are best spent on the beautiful terrace with a wonderful view of the lake. All you have to do is cross the road to jump into the water.

You can reach either the Havstensfjord or the Gullmarnfjord in just a few minutes by car. Explore the somewhat dramatic Gullmarsberg nature reserve with large differences in altitude over short distances. In the surrounding area you can go hiking or cycling, relax at the fjord bathing spots and enjoy the sun. Visit the town of Lysekil and its nature reserve Stångehuvud southwest of the center. Uddevalla is definitely worth a visit.
