Villa Sa Clova welcomes its guests in a wonderful rural location near Artà and combines different holiday wishes in an absolutely appealing way. Are you looking for privacy and seclusion, but also want to be close to well-connected towns and still be able to reach various beaches quickly? Then this holiday home is just right for you!

The amenities here are complemented by a tasteful flair that characterises the exterior and interior of the house. Beautiful lawns, adorned with olive and other Mediterranean trees, surround the building and invite you to linger outdoors. Find your spot on one of the comfortable loungers and doze in the sun, read a book or simply enjoy the picturesque surroundings. On hot Mallorcan days, you may want to walk back and forth between your favourite spot and the pool and enjoy the pleasant refreshment of the pool. In the pool, decorated with blue mosaic stones, you can not only swim your laps, but also relax in the shallow whirlpool area with tub. There are several attractive seating areas right next to the house. You can relax either directly under the Mediterranean sky or under the bamboo ceiling, for example on the cosy polyrattan sofa with a drink or at the wooden table while eating together. While you sit here, you can also enjoy the beautiful view of the garden and beyond - pure holiday!

The living/dining area, which is directly accessible from the terrace, welcomes you with a light-flooded flair that impresses with its tasteful furnishings and carefully coordinated colours, shapes and decorative pieces. This is an attractive opportunity for indoor dining, which you can enjoy together at the table with its light-coloured chairs. In the other half of the room, you can relax on a cosy sofa and watch TV or simply gaze into the crackling open fire on chilly evenings. From here, a wide archway leads you into the spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, extractor bonnet, large fridge, kettle, dishwasher and coffee machine and offers you the best conditions for self-catering. Perhaps you would like to try out a typical Spanish recipe and then eat your creation at the terrace table? Two simple and aesthetically pleasing bedrooms provide a perfect base for several siestas and, of course, for your night's sleep. You can relax in the combination beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 metres. Two modern, luxurious en-suite bathrooms offer enough space for all guests and feature high-quality fittings. If you would like to travel with another couple but value privacy, then this beautiful bedroom-bathroom layout is perfect.

Every Tuesday there is a weekly market in the centre of Artà, which you should not miss. Here you will find regional culinary specialities as well as beautiful Mallorcan handicrafts. The proximity (approx. 250 m) to the motorway, which connects Artà with Colonia de Sant Pere and Son Serra de Marina, means that you are ideally connected and can reach various destinations quickly. The nearby white sandy beaches invite you to spend long days by the sea and are still considered an insider tip. Cala Millor (16 km) has some excellent restaurants and attractive shopping facilities.

The impressive Villa Sa Clova presents itself as a friendly domicile for four people who want to spend their time in a rural setting. It is located just 3 km west of Artà and is surrounded by extensive grounds. Cala Ratjada, with its beautiful beach and harbour promenade, is only about 20 minutes away by car; Colonia de Sant Pere is 15 minutes away. Beautiful beaches such as Cala Moll and Cala Agulla are also only 13 and 14 kilometres away respectively.
