The elegant, child-friendly Villa Can Bossa impresses with its fantastic value for money. Everything is just right here: layout, furnishings, outdoor area, great location and all at a favourable price, even in the wedding season. The villa is located between the golf courses of Capdepera and Canyamel, the latter being particularly popular as the old stone walls were preserved during the construction of the course, reminiscent of the former agricultural division of the land. Some holes on the links even offer a view of Menorca on clear days. Holidaymakers who like to spend their holiday outdoors as well as playing golf need look no further for the perfect villa. A well-tended garden with large lawns encourages extensive outdoor relaxation. A real highlight is the original pool house, the covered part of which is equipped with a brick barbecue area, a small outdoor kitchen and an inviting dining table. The lounge area right next to the pool invites you to relax with a delicious drink for that pure holiday feeling. The terrace adjacent to the large pool with a depth of 1.50 metres offers ten sun loungers and various parasols to provide shade. Right next to the house, under the awning with round arches and bamboo covering, you will find another seating area with a table for 8 people and a relaxation area with a sofa, armchairs and coffee table. These can of course also be put together to enjoy a cosy breakfast or dinner with a large group. Playful and cosy niches such as a side terrace with just two chairs next to fragrant lavender bushes or the covered terrace at the front with rattan high chairs are also certainly worth mentioning here. The outdoor furniture consists of white iron deckchairs with beige cushions.

Even if the generously equipped outdoor area invites you to spend most of your time outside under a bright blue sky on warm days, the interior of the building is also attractive and will certainly appeal to all lovers of a sophisticated living ambience. Spacious and bright rooms with clean lines, white walls and tasteful floor tiles await us as soon as we enter through the windows with glazing bars and pale green shutters. The combined living/dining area impresses with its purist design, stylishly complemented by a modern and comfortable large beige sofa, a modern dining table with rattan chairs and high back cushions. Thanks to the open-plan architecture, everyone can do what they like here without disturbing others too much. You can simply relax on the sofa, play a board game at the large dining table, share your holiday experiences with your loved ones at home via smartphone, tablet or notebook or enjoy dinner together. The stylish wooden kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. These facilities allow you to spend the days when you have decided to prepare your own dinner in complete relaxation and independence. The four air-conditioned and spacious double rooms invite you in with their friendly elegance. These aesthetically designed relaxation areas are given an extra touch of individuality by the modern, large-scale works of art. Here, everyone will find the charm that naturally suits them. The large wardrobes offer plenty of storage space for holiday clothes brought along or bought on Mallorca. Each bedroom is also equipped with a TV with international channels. Some of the bedrooms offer direct access to the balcony or terrace. Enjoy the peace and quiet of nature, the wonderful Mediterranean climate with a light sea breeze and the scent of gently flowering plants before haying or when waking up. Two of the bedrooms have their own bathroom, while the other bedrooms share another bathroom. The bathrooms are tastefully designed in Italian style and offer very luxurious furnishings.

The beautiful beaches, such as the fine sandy beaches of Capdepera and Sa Marjal, can be reached quickly and easily by hire car.
