Die Wohnung liegt in einem Chalet mit 3 weiteren Wohnungen auf der Sonnenseite von Sörenberg. In der 2 ½ Zimmerwohnung hat es einem Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten und einem Doppel Auszugscouch im Wohnzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem Esstisch neben der offenen Küche bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Die heimelige Ferienwohnung ist in tadellosem Zustand. Radio/TV und WLAN sind im Haus. Eine Aussenparkplatz steht zur Verfügung.
Das Haus liegt an der Fuchsstrasse 16. Die nächste Transportanlage mit Verbindung zum Skigebiet ist die Sesselbahn Platz, zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Zentrum mit Post und VOLG Supermarkt ist zu Fuss in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Im Winter fährt ab Weinachten bis Ostern täglich alle 30 Minuten der Gratis-Sport Bus die Strecke Südelhöhe – Rothorn, damit sind alle Talstationen und auch das Zentrum Sörenberg bestens erschlossen, die Haltestelle ist zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
