Straight lines, lots of white, cubic architecture - this gem on the perfect outskirts of Colònia de Sant Pere welcomes its guests with such freshness and clarity. The inviting minimalist design is continued in many ways in the outdoor area: there is nothing superfluous, but the essentials in a comfortable and modern version comfortable sun loungers, a small lounge corner and a dining table where morning coffee and breakfast can be celebrated as cosily as an evening barbecue. The paths out of and into the house are pleasantly short from here and you also have a good view of the pool. The tall palm tree waving over from the neighbouring house adds to the Mediterranean flair. In front of the house you can sit under a roof and behind the building there are further areas where you can relax in the open air. So everyone can find their perfect spot according to their preference for sun or shade and their individual need for privacy.

The interior of this villa in Mallorca is also characterised by a lot of charm and an all-round friendly style. The rooms are wonderfully flooded with light and furnished with tasteful modern furniture, lovingly arranged decorations and cheerful colour accents. Simply feel good! There is an elegant entrance area and, to the right, two cosy double bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a bedroom for two with the luxury of an en suite bathroom. To the left is the large living room, which is open to the cool red and white high-gloss kitchen, which in turn is equipped with a cooking island and a large dining table. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, you have a wonderful view of the mountains and the pool near the house from here. We think this is a really great home for anyone who values style and modernity and wants this mix in a convenient location close to the sea. A stylish oasis in the centre of charming Colònia de Sant Pere: This holiday home is located in the beautiful east of Mallorca and awaits up to six holidaymakers who appreciate the walking distance to the sea as well as to restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Other places can also be easily reached via the neighbouring road. Families with children will feel particularly at home on the sheltered town beach on the outskirts of the village.
