Villa Can Jaumi is situated on a 3,000 m² plot with hardly any neighbours. Here you can enjoy a very private atmosphere in the middle of a beautiful garden with extensive lawns. One of the highlights of this exceptional property is the 17 x 3 metre pool, which seems to blend into the surrounding landscape: Due to its size, it is not only suitable for a welcome refreshment, but also for ambitious swimmers. There is an outdoor shower by the pool so that you can also rinse off the salt water and sand from the beach after having fun in the water. Enjoy the sweeping view across the plain to the sea on comfortable sun loungers and dine in the evening on the terrace right next to the house, enjoying the same panorama. You can prepare delicious specialities on the charcoal grill. In the early evening hours, the sun bathes the valley in golden light: at Ca'n Jaumi, a wonderful day comes to an end that you will remember for a long time to come.

The interior of the 100 m² house is furnished in typical Mallorcan style. The beautiful terracotta-coloured floor tiles and the rustic furniture made of dark wood catch the eye right from the entrance area. A cosy sofa and a large dining table with benches await you in the bright, open-plan living and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has a spacious fridge with enough space for all your groceries. All rooms in the house are fully air-conditioned, guaranteeing a pleasant temperature during your stay, even on warm days and nights. The three inviting bedrooms for two people each are also located on the ground floor. The rooms have comfortable double or single beds. One of the rooms has a modern en-suite bathroom. The other two rooms share a bathroom. You can stay connected throughout the house via WLAN.

Your holiday home is located in the quiet, tranquil village of Colònia de Sant Pere in the north of the island. Solo travellers in particular will find everything they need for a perfect holiday here. The town is set against the picturesque backdrop of the Serres de Llevant mountain range and creates a cosy, almost intimate atmosphere. Look forward to carefree days in the midst of unspoilt nature. Thanks to its proximity to the sea and several beautiful beaches and bays, both water sports enthusiasts and families will get their money's worth. While Platja de Colònia de Sant Pere with its gently sloping beach is ideal for families, kitesurfers should visit the neighbouring Platja Son Serra de Marina. Cala Torta is surrounded by rocks on an almost uninhabited stretch of coast; here you can watch high waves during a walk on the beach or a hike through the nearby hilly landscape. A weekly market is held every Saturday in Colònia de Sant Pere. In addition to fresh fruit and vegetables, you can also buy Mallorcan specialities. If you want to get a taste of the city air, head to the nearby artists' town of Artà, where small galleries and boutiques tempt you with all kinds of beautiful objects, handicrafts and unique products.

Villa Ca'n Jaumi is situated in a picturesque location in the middle of the Mediterranean landscape, against the backdrop of the Llevant mountains, with breathtaking views from the wide plain to the sea.
