Firstly, a few general remarks: Carrossa is the name of a 3.5 million square metre estate near Artà. This is roughly the size of 700 football pitches. This means that huge mountain ranges and wide valleys are part of this area. Its attractive location to the west of Artà makes the villa one of the absolute top locations in the north-east of Mallorca. Today, the 5-star Hotel Carrossa of the same name is located in the centre of the estate. In the mountains, valleys, forests and meadows surrounding this prestigious house, which offers maximum privacy, a number of beautiful villas for four to twelve people have been built. Each of these enchanting properties is absolutely peaceful and enjoys a marvellous secluded location. Covered and open terrace areas inspire with marvellous panoramic views. Casa Enrique is surrounded by a beautiful terraced landscape that stretches along a small, winding stone path to the pool. On this path, you can stroll past old trees, well-tended green areas and tall palm trees. Here you can hear nothing but the rustling of the wind in the surrounding foliage. There is a small pool house by the pool, whose walls are made of the same natural stone façade as the main house. The pool house has a covered terrace that provides pleasant shade on sunny summer days. With its own well and solar energy, the property is also ecologically well positioned.

And now to the actual house: Villa Casa Enrique is one of the Carrossa villas mentioned above and offers everything described above - a cosy living ambience, absolute top location and comprehensive service. It has a total of three double bedrooms with three en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped (open-plan) kitchen and a spacious combined living and dining area. The special ceiling height of over 3 metres, the large glass fronts and floor-to-ceiling patio doors leave plenty of room to breathe and feel at ease. In addition, the villa is flooded with light and has a friendly appearance. The property is tastefully furnished with decorative fabrics and even high-quality building materials.

Peace and plenty of nature characterise the special features of the region. Nevertheless, the medieval town of Artà is only about 5 kilometres away. If you enjoy playing golf, you can visit the beautiful Capdepera Golf course. A visit to the sandy beaches in the bay of Alcúdia is just as easy as a trip to a secluded natural beach, such as Cala Varques. If you like a bit of excitement, head to Cala Ratjada (17 km), where you will find some very appealing restaurants right on the beach and harbour promenade. Cycling enthusiasts will also certainly appreciate this property: There is a storage facility for bikes, and the owner also works with a professional bike hire company. The finca is just 200 metres from a tarmac road. Casa Enrique is an attractive property, renovated in 2019, very close to Artà. It is part of a 300-year-old manor house and is located in the enchanting north-east of the island. An almost endless view lies before you here. If you want to go shopping, you can drive to the artists' town of Artà in just a few minutes and the numerous sandy beaches on the local coast are also within easy reach.
