The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1960, renovated in 2024 and is modern and luxury furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the valley from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded hillside location at the edge of the woods. For use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Kamp-Bornhofen, district Kamp. The holiday apartement is located on a 1200 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
