A shared washing machine and dryer, as well as a ski and bike room, are also available. A garage space can be rented for an additional fee.
Currently, the smaller balcony cannot be used due to structural issues.
The apartment is designed in a chalet style with plenty of wood and furnished with selected materials and furniture.
The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny part of Pontresina. The Coop supermarket, other shops, and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away.
