Two holiday apartments with a balcony and sea view, on a holiday complex with a pool, not far from the beach
The two holiday apartments are part of a holiday complex with a lift, quietly situated on the edge of the Esterel nature park and the Aiguille Rouge nature reserve, also near the beach.
The two apartments of around 32m² can each accommodate two adults and one or two small children. They comprise a living room with a window front, a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm), a bathroom with a shower, bath and WC, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The living room has a sofa and digital TV, a home cinema and DVD player, as well as a stereo system and a fan. There is also a dining table. A washing machine and heating are available, as well as wireless Internet access.
Outside on the complex there is a 450m² shared pool with a whirlpool and a baby pool, open from May to September. Both apartments enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the sea. Each apartment has a private, roofed parking space.
The owner welcomes guests personally. On arrival you will find a basic stock of groceries and cleaning products, as well as a regional restaurant and travel guide. A cot and a highchair can be provided on request.
The apartments are ideally located for enjoying the advantages of this beautiful area. You can experience a perfect seaside holiday by the pool and by the sea. The lovely sandy beaches at Théoule are about 1km away. Hiking enthusiasts will also enjoy it here, owing to the proximity to the nature reserve. You can go on lovely trips into the Alpes Maritimes and the Var. The nearest grocery shop is about 1km away, as well as restaurants and cafés.

Im Außenbereich steht den Gästen eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und herrlichem Panoramablick auf den Golfe de la Napoule mit Platz für vier Personen zur Verfügung, auf dem man die Mahlzeiten einnehmen und den direkten Meerblick genießen kann.
