Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. No heating option. 2 terraces 11 m2, covered. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: mosquito net, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed.

Private: property 200 m2 (fenced) with trees, swimming pool heated (7 x 3 m, 24 m2, depth 120 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, pebble beach 1.8 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Airfield 17 km from the property. The owner lives in an apartment on the upper floor.

    “The apartment consists of two parts: lower (one twin bed room, one two single bedroom, living room with kitchen, small bathroom with shower), and upper (one small bedroom with one twin and one single, one small room with kitchen and one small bathroom). Quite new and clean but with some problems: upper bathroom with basin problems (boiling hot water jetting out with no regulation possibilities: needs to be repaired); lower bathroom: very small basin (hand-washer); sewage construction problems: it always smells badly (tried to put everything but did not work and smell sometimes is quite aweful, even simply after showers); both flats have no shutters, so light, sunshine and warmth at early morning...; owners are living in the same building, parking in front of the house and passing in front of the apartment.
