Holiday apartment with jacuzzi and beautiful view

The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1900, renovated in 2008 and is rustic and functional furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. For use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, fire place and dog house. In summer, when the weather is nice and warm, there is a fully equipped tent for 4 people.

Location
Pec pod Snezkou, district Velká Úpa, 760 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 20000 sqm, open forest plot with meadow, flowers and bushes. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The property is on a sunny hillside in a quiet area on which your house stands, surrounded by meadows, streams and forests. The access goes via a mountain road (asphalted, length 900 m). In winter there are snow chains essential. Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 200 m). In summer access to the parking lot 10 m from the house, in winter this access is not possible, parking lots 200 m from the house on the main road. Luggage can be transported to the building by snowmobile over the slope. Access of people to the facility via the upper path, i.e. possibility of exit by snowmobile or on foot on your own.

Černá hora - the toboggan run is open all year round.
