The holiday home is a semi-detached house and furnished in a modern style. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. For your exclusive use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. The house BAL MAR 148 (for 8 people) is located separately in the other semi-detached house.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 130 sqm enclosed garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking is available on the property. A 10 m2 enclosed parking space (outbuilding) is available for bicycles

air conditioner. There is no heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detector.

Outdoor pool (diameter 3.6 m, depth 0.8 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to the end of September. Garden basin is available only for the tenants
