This spacious and comfortably furnished semi-detached house is in the small town of Sveti Anton, on the island of Krk. The house consists of two residential units connected by external stairs. The accommodation is perfect for two families. Minimum ceiling height in the loft is 80 cm. You can prepare delicious dishes on the barbecue or take a refreshing dip in the pool. Do enjoy relaxed moments on the sun loungers. Although the house is located on a busy street, children can play safely and happily as the entire property is fenced. Do visit the nearby town of Malinska with numerous concerts that will entertain you with classical and traditional music. Do taste the local dining options like seafood and the numerous fish specialities available in the restaurants and taverns.

    “Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Ort, aber direkt an einer Straße, wenn man mit offenen Fenstern schläft, stört das ein wenig am frühen morgen, ansonsten ist das kein Problem. Drum herum gibt es so gut wie keine direkte Nachbarn, man kann sich austoben ohne jemanden zu stören. Im Haus, aber auch draußen war es sauber. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist nicht die modernste, aber voll funktionsfähig. Da wir die meiste Zeit draußen verbracht haben, war das für uns nicht das Wichtigste. Die Laube draußen am Pool ist sehr schön, man kann dort abends eine tolle Zeit verbringen direkt am Grill. Der Pool war auch sauber und gepflegt, die Kinder hatten da viel Spaß. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war für uns in Ordnung, da wir mit zwei Familien gefahren sind, haben wir uns die Kosten geteilt.”
