    “Das Objekt liegt auf einem sehr schönen und gepflegten Grundstück. Wir durften uns an den Feigenbäumen und Weinreben bedienen. Es befindet sich zwar noch ein nicht fertiggestellter Rohbau mit auf dem Gelände, der aber lediglich den Blick zur Straße hin abschirmt und nicht weiter stört. Parkmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden. Das Gebäude ist erst recht neu renoviert worden. Es stehen Gartenliegen, ein Grill und eine große Terrasse zur Verfügung. Das Gebäude verfügt zusätzlich noch über einen großen Nord- und Südbalkon. Im EG findet man ein Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), die geräumige Küche (Gas + E-Herd, Geschirrspüler, 2 Kühlschränke davon einer mit Gefrierschrank), eine Toilette mit Dusche und das Wohn-Esszimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse). Die Küche ist für ein Ferienhaus gut ausgestattet. Im 1. OG befindet sich eine weitere Toilette (mit Badewanne/Dusche, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine), 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett. Die Matratzen der Betten sind gut. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden und wurden einmal pro Woche gewechselt. Die Vermieterin wohnt nicht mit im Objekt, spricht recht gut deutsch und ist sehr freundlich. Weg zum Zentrum: 500 m/6 Min. Fußweg. Weg zum nächsten Strand: 600 m/ 8 Min. Fußweg.”
